Product Care

All of our products are handmade and as such are subject to differences between models such as colours, trimming etc.

Products are made from platinum grade silicone which is independently certified as Skin Safe. We will never use any materials which do not meet this high standard (e.g. jelly toys). The main benefits of this silicone are the non-porous properties which prevent areas for bacteria to grow (with regular cleaning).

Our silicone is also hypoallergenic which means they are highly unlikely to cause any adverse reactions during or after use.

We offer Super Soft (Shore Rating 00-20), Soft (Shore Rating 00-30) and Medium (Shore Rating 00-50) silicone for our products. We do not offer Firm (greater than 00-50) because we feel the difficulty of working with the material and the possible harmful effects it has with routine working does not outweigh to market demand.

To ensure the longevity of your purchase, we recommend the following:

  • Once your new toy has arrived, wash with warm soapy water
  • Always wash your toy before and after use
  • Leave to air dry before storage
  • Do not store the toy with the silicone contacting another silicone toy
  • Only use water based lubricant, not silicone based

Our toys are shipped with a cornflour dusting. This is to protect the toy during transit and is easily washed off with warm soapy water. We opt to use Cornstarch (known as Cornflour in the UK) because the common alternative (talc and/or baby powder) can be harmful if ingested into the human body.

To ensure the longevity of your purchase, we recommend the following:

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low
  • Do not iron or dry clean
  • If you plan to reuse the face mask, wash it before wearing it again
How to Put On a Non-Medical Face Mask:
  • Wash your hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitiser before touching the face mask.
  • Ensure your hair is away from your face.
  • Place the face mask over your nose and mouth, and secure loops behind your ears.
  • Ensure the mask fully covers your nose and mouth.

How to Remove a Non-Medical Face Mask:
  • Wash your hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitiser.
  • Remove the face mask by removing the loops from your ears.

We aim to create a safe toy for you to enjoy and will consider all aspects of safety not only during the design stage but production as well.

This being said we do not take responsibility for how you choose to use our products. As an example, our Ghoulie line of products are not designed for internal use.
